1. Stop working after you used for a period of time.

The mist outlet is blocked by essential oils . Please clean the aroma diffuser.

2. How to clean diffuser?

Recommend to clean the diffuser once a week!

Please unplug the unit before cleaning!

1) Empty the tank and add 3-5g (approx. one teaspoon,based on scale of the residue) baking soda to the tank..

2)Fill the tank halfway full with warm water(200-250ml/6.76-8.45 oz,50℃/ 122°F),stir it to fully dissolve.

3)Soak for 3-5mins, wipe down the tank and tank cover using a small brush or soft cloth with baking soda solution.

4)Drain the solution and rinse the tank under tap water.

5)Rub the inside and outside dry with a dry towel or clean cloth.

Notes:

1)you may use dish washing detergent when baking soda is unavailable. But it works better for oil removing instead of odor and mineral buildup.

2)Do not rinse the base directly with water; try to avoid wetting the buttons, light holes, air inlets and underneath to avoid short circuit.

3) It is not recommended to clean the unit with white vinegar since its direct and indirect contact with the atomizer will damage it permanently.

3. Why the fog is so small or even not have？

Please pay attention to the water level. If you add too much water, the fog will become smaller.

4. Why the mist is so little though I filled pure water and under the max line?

Please kindly check the adapter to make sure it is a proper adapter with 5V 1A output. If use an improper adapter, the mist will be too little or the machine will not work.

5. The machine works properly, but the mist become less after fill the essential oils.
