HOW TO USE FOR SOAPS: Wet the bar of soap and rub it on the area you want to clean, massage well and then rinse with water. We recommend leaving the soap in a soap dish where you can drain the water so that it does not get too wet. We recommend using the charcoal soap once or twice a week. HOW TO USE FOR THE EXFOLIATING SOAP CASE: Insert the bar of soap into the opening of the case, then rub the case over the areas you want to exfoliate. We recommend exfoliating once or twice a week.
